The platform personalizes the shopping experience visually for each customer, rather than relying only on a search bar format. This has been necessitated by its aim of serving customers faster and delivering expeditiously. Keeping pace with the changes in consumer behaviour has become a prerequisite in the way that Frishay packages its products and even the way they are presented. We are the manufacturers of many products and we have units for quick manufacturing on demand and upon order bases. This allows sellers to list their products on Frishay and sell directly to consumers. Frishay works with payment service providers to handle payments and does not stock the products themselves or manage returns.
